RECOMMENDED MESSIANIC CONGREGATIONS & MINISTRIES
The following list of "Recommended Messianic Congregations" is only a small selection of the many fine Congregations around the country. We've only listed groups that we have visited or whose leaders we know. At the time of their listing, each group was sound in basic doctrine, 'Messiah Centered', Grace embracing and held a literal understanding of God's eternal promises to the Jewish people. If your Congregation agrees with our Doctrinal Statement and would like to appear in this list, please e-mail us AFTER reading the entire statement. We're happy to add like-minded groups. When looking for a congregation, if you don't see the city you're looking for listed, contact the nearest listed Congregation and ask for their careful suggestion.
When searching for a location outside this list, remember that the term "Messianic" in this context designates a Congregation that believes in Messiah Yeshua, values God's eternal covenant with the Jewish people and has services that reflect some level of Jewish culture.
Beyond those basics, Congregations differ very widely in their doctrine and practice. Some Congregations encourage Mosaic Law observance while others teach a Grace centered Messianic faith. Some are Charismatic in doctrine and culture while others are not.
The word 'Messianic' does not guarantee sound Biblical teaching as there is no central standard. There are many good Messianic Congregations that are sound in doctrine, and others that are lacking. May God guide you.
